Our mission
Most SMEs in Portugal and Spain depend on technology every day — email, invoicing, backups, security — but don't have the scale to justify an in-house IT department. The usual result is fragmentation: a domain registrar here, a "friend who knows computers" there, a forgotten email subscription somewhere, with nobody looking at the whole picture or making sure it works. ONEGEST exists to fix this as directly as possible: one partner, one fixed price, one number to call when something goes wrong.
How we work
ONEGEST coordinates a network of technology partners — in infrastructure and hosting, cloud productivity, business software (ERP and CRM), backup and cybersecurity — so customers don't have to manage multiple suppliers, contracts and SLAs on their own. Everything goes through a single point of contact, at a fixed resale price: you never pay the sum of each supplier's individual prices, you pay the ONEGEST price, with everything included and coordinated.
It's a deliberately more agile model than a large IT consultancy — without the bureaucracy or rigid contracts of a big outsourcing firm — but backed by partners with a scale an SME on its own could hardly negotiate or manage.
