Partner logos are displayed for identification purposes and belong to their respective owners.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (for example, technology partners such as Microsoft or Google); ONEGEST does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of such sites.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Portuguese law. The courts of the district of Braga (Portugal) shall have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising from the use of the Site or from the contractual relationship with ONEGEST, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules applicable to clients resident in another Member State of the European Union, in particular Spain.

Consumers may turn to alternative consumer dispute resolution bodies. In Portugal, you can consult the list of bodies at www.consumidor.gov.pt and file a complaint in the electronic Livro de Reclamações (Complaints Book). At European level, the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

This document has been prepared for ONEGEST on the basis of the information provided and the legal framework applicable on the date of publication. We recommend that it be reviewed by a lawyer before final publication, in particular to confirm specific contractual clauses and data processing agreements with suppliers (Hostinger, Cegid, Microsoft, Google and other partners). In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
